The products sold on firekultur.ro are ceramic items, considered unique works of art and classified as fragile goods. We are committed to providing professional packaging designed to ensure delivery in optimal conditions.

• Specific Conditions: Due to the unique and fragile nature of the items, as well as the appropriate packaging we provide, returns are not possible, even though applicable legislation may grant a right of return for other product categories. By placing an order, the customer expressly accepts this condition and understands that items ordered and delivered correctly (as per the description and without defects caused by us) cannot be returned.
• Exceptions: If the product arrives damaged due to transportation or does not match the order (e.g., a different model is delivered), please contact us immediately at contact@firekultur.ro to resolve the issue. We will review the case and, if our fault or the courier’s is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund, subject to availability.
• Important Note: We recommend inspecting the package upon delivery in the presence of the courier and reporting any issues within 24 hours of receipt.

• By purchasing the physical product, you will enjoy its aesthetics as well as its functionality. The purchase does not transfer or grant any other rights, such as moral rights or patrimonial copyright, which belong exclusively to the artistic group Fire Kultur SRL.
• Any reproduction, modification, or commercial use of the design requires the prior written consent of Fire Kultur SRL.

3.2. Rights Over Photographs Published on the Website

The photographs and images published on firekultur.ro are the exclusive property of Fire Kultur SRL or its collaborators and are protected by copyright law.
